"By the Nature of Our Heart" addresses some of the issues raised by Pope Francis, Neak Oknha Dr. Mengly Jandy Quach, and Cambodian Buddhist delegates during their private audience at the Vatican Palace, Vatican City, in early 2023.

Each delegate's experiences were shared and discussed. A number of topics were brought up and suggested in relation to the theme "peace and healing," including a call for involvement in the preservation of nature, healing of natural wounds, freedom of worship, and religious practices in Cambodia. Conflicts over religion and wars caused a crisis for humanity, human activities, and environmental problems. The chronic crisis was brought about by greed in society, leading to the destruction and collapse of social infrastructure. Another topic was the depression that affects Cambodian people.

It should be noted that this collection is a tribute to the friendship, harmony, and peace that were brought about for humanity by the rare deeds of people from Buddhism and Christianity.
