Associate Researcher and Transcriber
Mr. Chhum Veasna was born in 1990 in Kandeang District, Pursat Province, Cambodia. His father, Ros Rang, and mother, Sorn Sina, were farmers. He comes from a large family with five brothers and four sisters, and he is the second child in the family.
After graduating from Pursat Buddhist High School in 2013, Mr. Veasna pursued bachelor’s degrees in Pali-Sanskrit and English Literature at Preah Sihanouk Raja Buddhist University, graduating successfully in 2017.
From 2018 to 2019, he worked as a beginner English teacher at a private school in Kandal Province. Seeking broader professional experience and personal development, Mr. Veasna joined Mengly J. Quach University Press in 2019. He currently serves as an associate researcher and transcriber.
